The Casteline Cooking System features 5 Ply Stainless Steel construction with 3 Ply sides (to save weight) combined with a 5th ply in a defuser base that features a thick aluminum encapsulated pad thermally bonded to the base of the cookware. This offers exceptional heat control and the defuser base ensures contact to the heat source with no warping even under higher heat conditions. The outside of the vessel is polished stainless steel with a satin interior.
